Future Perfect: New Bylaws for Civic Spaces
Scissors in hand, participants are invited to cut up city bylaw documents that govern behaviour in public spaces to compose alternative statements. Published quickly on billboards and on Twitter these new rules help to perform a more ‘perfect’ future.
