Darby Huk

Darby Huk is a recent graduate from Queen's University where she received her MA in Screen Cultures and Curatorial Studies. Her Master's focused on reflexive play in video games and complicity while playing through a story. Darby's initial interest in playful participation began with her fourth-year thesis project, Dungeons & Dragons & Drama, in which she examined the popular role-playing game D&D as a form of interactive, improvised theatre. She is fond of stories, and even more fond of playing an active role within them.
